Stayed here recently and had a great experience overall. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. The location was a huge plus—convenient to everything I needed, while still being quiet enough to relax. The amenities were thoughtful and made the stay feel easy and stress-free. Only small note is that water pressure for the shower wasn’t up to par for my liking , but nothing that took away from the experience. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable spot.

The home itself was gorgeous, spotless, and very pleasing. Maxim’s check-in and check out instructions were very clear and straightforward, everything was very clean and the kitchen was pristine! Loved every single second of our stay! Would definitely book again!!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. The place was beautiful, modern, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the space. The host was fantastic, very responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. I honestly left in love with the property and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

The house was very clean and comfortable bed. Location was great. The host was very responsive, had a minor issue due to no fault of the host and they made reasonable effort to resolve. I would return here in the future. Extra points for having a 240V outlet in the garage for EV charging.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had been on the road for 4 weeks and I was over air bnb’s but Maxim house was the cherry on TOP! I was so happy to stay in his home because I felt right at home. Everything was so clean, no stains on the furniture or the carpets. I was really impressed that it was dog friendly and kept up so nice. Maxim was so incredibly nice and I appreciate him making his air bnb a home and not just a shell with the bare minimum. I will definitely stay here whenever I am in Dallas.

Absolutely beautiful townhome and the host was super responsive! There was a WiFi issue (not their fault, spectrums ) and the host came over within 10 minutes and spent almost an hour on the phone with the cable company until it was fixed. Good location, nice big garage, great kitchen. Really nice furnishings and beautiful master bath. Highly recommend!

Stayed for a couple days at this location. Had no complaints. Spot is very beautiful, rooms are cozy, everything is really welcoming. I highly recommend. Host is very responsible as well.

The apartment was quite comfortable and hosts responded immediately to messages and requests. Lovely comfortable home and great location for caring for our relative at UT Southwestern. It was nice having low-worry place to stay in a stressful time.

Very responsive host. Answered all concerns and questions. Place was clean and stocked with utensils, laundry detergent, dish washing detergent as early as garbage bags. Towels were also provided. I would definitely book again and it would’ve greatly if u have a family with kids…. Really great property!
